Can I edit the transcript, add speaker labels, or timestamps?

You can edit speaker labels. Timestamps are auto-generated but cannot be manually edited.

How fast will my transcript be ready?

Transcription is typically very quick. For example, a 90-minute audio takes about 5–6 minutes to process.

Can I transcribe meetings, lectures, or interviews?

Absolutely. Audionotes is designed for exactly that: Meetings: Generate meeting minutes, summaries, and follow-ups. Lectures: Create lecture notes, quizzes, and flashcards. Interviews: Generate transcripts, summaries, and even custom content like emails.

How well does it work with accents or background noise?

Performance depends on the quality of the recording device and environment. While transcription is generally strong, heavy accents or significant noise may affect results.

Do you support translation or summarization?

Yes. Translation: Use AI Create to translate transcripts into your preferred language. Summarization: Every note includes an AI-generated summary by default. You can also generate custom summaries or choose from AI create prompts.

Are there limits on file size, length, or uploads?

File size (Pro plan): Up to 500 MB for media and 20 MB for images. Number of uploads: Unlimited. File and image uploads are a Pro feature; the free plan includes unlimited text notes and 1-minute voice recordings.

Do you support speaker separation (diarization)?

Yes. Speaker separation is available for all recordings, media uploads, and YouTube videos.
