Connect Audionotes
with Notion

Open Audionotes, go to Settings → Integrations → Notion, click Connect, and authorize the workspace and database you want notes sent to. The setup takes about a minute and you only do it once.

Each Audionotes entry sent to Notion includes the title, full transcript, AI summary, action items, the recording timestamp, and any tags. The Notion page is created in the database you selected during setup.

Both. You can toggle auto-sync per workspace so every new note pushes to Notion, or send notes individually with a one-tap “Send to Notion” button on each entry.

Yes. Audionotes maps each note field to a Notion property of your choice (title, multi-select for tags, rich text for the transcript, etc.). You can also use a Notion template the first time you connect.

Notion sync is included on the Pro plan. The Free plan supports manual export instead — you can copy a fully-formatted note to your clipboard and paste it into Notion. See all integrations (Zapier, Webhook, WhatsApp Bot) for other sync options.

Disconnecting from Audionotes Settings revokes the Notion access token. Notes already synced stay in Notion as normal pages — they are owned by your Notion workspace, not by Audionotes.
