The dual second-person system (tu/Lei) is preserved in transcripts so respectful and casual exchanges don't get flattened. AI summaries follow Italian rhetorical conventions, which favour explanatory exposition over English-style bullets. For meetings or interviews in mixed Italian-English (common in Italian fashion, design, and tech sectors), the model handles code-switching mid-sentence and can translate Italian output to English on request when sharing with non-Italian colleagues.
